On Tuesday, May 9th, 2008, we received the news that my Grandma had passed away peacefully in her sleep. She was 89 years old and was one of the nicest people I have ever met. I was fortunate enough both as a child and as an adult to have spent so much time with this woman. She was continuously dedicted to her family, as well as to her church and many clubs and organizations. She was a fantastic Mother of three, a Grandmother to seven, and a Great-Grandmother to twelve, a Sister, and a Friend to many many people! She had a HUGE heart and was an all around fantastic person! I will forever miss this beautiful person that I had the honor of having in my life.
September 22nd, 1919 to May 9th, 2008 You will be missed Grandma! I love you!
Mr. and Mrs. Ken Bussart have just recently celebrated thier 50th birthdays! Dad was born on April 15th, 1958 and Mom was born on April 24th, 1958. They have now celebrated 31 birthdays together! I am so proud to have these two individuals as my parents and love them very much!
Some pictures from our cookout Sister and I held in thier honor!
Lyon did the grilling!
Mom LOVED her Gypsy Joe's Ice Cream (Majestic Milky Way)
So, as you can see from the post previous to this, Megan has now had little Vinny! Such a little cutie pie, I might add!
Next in line to pop is my beautifully expectant (and rotten to the core) Sister! She is doing great with this pregnancy and Miss Kenna Jane will arrive end of June/first of July! I can't tell you how excited I am to have a little niece in my life! I will spoil her so very rotten.......that's what aunts do, right?!
After my Sister, then stands Debbie! Debbie is due the end of July and is popping right out there!!!
And then we have Michelle My Belle who is expecting twin girls mid-September! :) Goodness gracious how she will have her hands full!!!!!!
So there's a brief rundown of the bellies that surround me!!!!!!! :)
I know I'm a tad late, but am finally posting the announcement of the arrival Mr. Vincent Dale Egger!!!!
Mr. Vincent weighed in at 7lbs 13oz and was a LONG 21 inches!!!!!
Baby "Binny" (as Gunnar refers to him) was born on Monday, April 21st at 8:07 pm. We went to visit him on Tuesday morning and he is a very beautiful baby boy!!!!
I was very proud of Miss Megan.....no drugs, completely natural childbirth! That's definately an accomplishment and it sounds as if this experience was a magical and amazing journey for her! Luke, from what I've heard and read on Megan's blog was ecstatic, emotional and overjoyed with the process of becoming a father! It's so fantastic to see a father who is just as enlightened as the mommy!!!!!!!!!!! I am so completely overjoyed to see these two people become Husband and Wife, but so very proud of thier journey into Parenthood!
I, of course, had to get my hands on the cute little guy first....Lyon usually jumps right in and grabs little babies up, but I wedged my way in there first! heehee!
Gunnar was SO excited to finally see that baby that had been in Megan's belly for eternity!!!!!!!!
Then Lyon had his turn.....
Welcome to this crazy world Vincent! We love you very much!
I'm an easily interested person. I have a bajillion and one hobbies....scrapbooking, farting around on the computer, organizing pictures, making random stuff for people. I like to make home-made gifts as much as possible.
I'm a photographer, so I take pictures of everything. I literally have my camera with me everywhere I go!
As I've grown older, I've become a huge fan of make-up...having a sister as a professional make-up artist doesn't help either. I enjoy taking the time to care for my appearance. As we all know, we get older, our skin & body doesn't stay 15 years old any longer...so why not try to keep it nice for as long as we can?
I despise doing dishes, folding laundry & getting gas.
I'm terrible at returning phone calls.
I am a rediculous procrastinator!
